Assistant Director, Territory

Position Summary

Assistant Director of Territory Recruitment. In this role, you will guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact and ambassador for Xavier. The role requires strong sales and communications skills, exceptional customer service, and a willingness to travel for recruitment events.

• Travel throughout assigned territory.
• Build relationships with high school students, families, and guidance staff.
• Represent Xavier University positively.
• Organize and attend recruitment activities such as college fairs and high school visits.
• Evaluate applications for admission.
• Utilize CRM (Slate) to monitor student and territory performance.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a comparable recruitment role.
• Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills.
• Qualified candidates in the Greater Cincinnati area will serve in an on‑campus capacity; others may be eligible for remote work.
