Our ideal candidate has experience with:

• High-ticket sales and attraction-based marketing (ethical, non-pressure approach)
• Discovery calls or client interviews (preferred)
• 5+ years of coaching and/or sales leadership
• Communicating with professionalism, clarity, and authenticity

Daily activities include:

• Engaging with personal development or professional growth material
• Posting approved ads or outreach content to attract potential clients
• Connecting with prospective clients via phone and/or Zoom
• Active participation in weekly training and team calls
• Mindset practices such as reflection, visualization, or gratitude
• Coaching and supporting clients within our programs
