CAI is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager - Public Sector to drive growth across CAI's Public Sector with a core focus on Texas, supporting RFx, SOWs, and cross-sector pursuits. This role will build relationships with agency and commercial stakeholders, shape pursuit plans, and coordinate with Proposal Development to respond to RFx and SOWs.
The position is full-time, remote, based in or near the Texas market, with 20–30% travel for client meetings and conferences.
