Account Manager, Business Development
Position
Lead the growth of Sinch’s Enterprise accounts in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector in Singapore. As a Senior Account Manager BFSI
, you will develop and execute long‑term account plans, identify and pursue new product adoption opportunities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet or exceed growth targets.
- Strategic Account Management:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for a dedicated book of business of the largest BFSI companies in Singapore. Your primary goal is to drive growth through cross-sell and volume growth. - Opportunity Development:
Identify and progress opportunities to expand the adoption of Sinch’s product portfolio within your accounts. Develop and articulate compelling value propositions that align with the customer’s strategic objectives. - Internal
Collaboration:
Lead internal account teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solution Engineering, to meet growth goals and ensure a positive customer experience. - Territory & Pipeline Management:
Create and progress a pipeline of new opportunities and provide forecasting on cross-sell progress and account health. - C-Level Engagement:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders, particularly within the Technical, Operational and Marketing C-suite. - Thought Leadership:
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on BFSI for Sinch in APAC and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
- Solid experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management, with a proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts.
- Demonstrable and recent experience working with customers in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with experience in developing and executing successful cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working in a team‑selling environment.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
