Humana Inc. is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join the Agnostic Sales Team in the IFG segment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products, conducting needs assessments and closing sales with a customer-first approach.
You’ll document all interactions in CRM, meet sales targets, and may coordinate with field representatives when needed. A remote, home-office setup is required, with weekend hours during peak periods and travel as needed.
