Pay: $19/hr + Uncapped Bonuses (Up to $60K+)

Overview We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Account Representative.
In this role, you will engage with customers, qualify their needs, and schedule in-home product demonstrations. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer appointments
+ Qualify leads by identifying needs and confirming appointment readiness
+ Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone
+ Address objections and confidently secure appointments
+ Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM systems
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ 1+ year of sales, collections, or call center experience preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a goal-oriented, metrics-driven environment
+ Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems
+ Reliable internet connection and workspace for remote work
Schedule & Training
+ Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
+ One weekend day required (remote)
+ Two weeks of paid, in-office training (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
