Telemarketer (Non-Sales)
Looking for a flexible part-time role with attractive pay?
About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Part-Time (Full-Time) Telemarketers. This is a non-sales role focused on contacting prospective clients and arranging appointments. Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with or without telemarketing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Contact prospective clients via telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Arrange and confirm appointments for the team.
- Ensure timely follow-up and updates on scheduled appointments.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and basic Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick thinker with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit 16 to 25 hours per week, based on mutual scheduling.
- Available to work Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
- Flexible to work within the operating hours of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Hourly rate: S $12 to S $15, depending on experience and performance.
- Structured training provided during the initial 2-week onboarding period.
- Opportunity to work from home after successfully completing the training period.
- Flexible work schedule to support work-life balance.
- Potential for conversion to a full-time position, subject to performance and business requirements.
