WeTravel builds a technology platform that provides payment and booking solutions for multi-day tour operators and organizers.

• Prospect and connect with tour operators in France and Belgium;
• Act as a business developer by sourcing leads, gathering market insights, and helping break into the France and Benelux region;
• Run engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel;
• Manage the pipeline in Hub Spot and keep deals moving forward;
• Close new business and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding team;
• Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape future development;
• Collaborate with a friendly, high-performing team.

• Native French speaker and fully proficient in English;
• Feel confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow;
• Experience with inside sales via email and phone;
• Worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses;
• Familiar with CRM tools like Hub Spot;
• Do not enjoy outbound sales or initiating contact with new prospects;
• Aren’t comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently;
• Struggle with organization or adapting to fast-changing priorities;
• Nice to have:
  Experience from a hospitality or travel background with an understanding of how tour operators think.
