For our business unit Digital Factory Solutions we are seeking a passionate Inside Sales Associate to support our US sales and marketing operation for our office in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Your focus activities will be:

• Administration of customer records for software licenses, software maintenance and services
• Monitoring of customer software subscription renewals (CENIT and partner software)
• Management, ordering, and distribution of software license keys and related contractual documents
• Customer communication through phone calls, email and web meetings
• Support account executives in lead, opportunity and account management
• Provide information about products, generate price quotations and generate sales orders
• Administrative liaison for global CENIT entities and CENIT partners
• Collaborate with CENIT’s order administration and bookkeeping teams
• Research and identify prospective customer accounts
• Organize and support sales campaigns, marketing events and trade shows

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of sales processes, sales administration and sales metrics, ideally with a background in an industrial software business
• Experience in CRM applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Passionate team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Open and willing to work in an international work environment
• Willing and able to learn new tools, processes and technologies
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Working proficiency in German is a plus
