Overview
We're hiring:
Business Development Executive — Minneapolis
Help build a premium British brand in the US market.
Millboard is the composite decking and cladding manufacturer of choice for architects, contractors, and discerning homeowners worldwide. We're family-owned and we're growing fast in the US.
ResponsibilitiesYou'll own a regional territory and build relationships across distributors, contractors, architects, and end users. Disciplined sales process, real product, premium positioning, and a team that backs you.
Qualifications- Sales or business development experience, ideally in construction or building products
- Comfort selling to architects, dealers, contractors, and end users
- Strong CRM discipline and a track record of hitting targets
- Confidence presenting (AIA experience a plus)
- $60,000 – $80,000 base + 25% variable. OTE $80,000 – $106,700
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
- Minneapolis HQ, 1 day/week work from home
- Full-time, permanent
