• Shift: 5-day work week including 1 weekend day

We offer comprehensive training and cover all costs for licensing (Personal Lines). In this role, you will process payments, research underwriting criteria, and act as a liaison with insurance companies. Once licensed, you will sell personal lines insurance products over the phone, online, and in retail branches—without cold calling.

The starting pay rate is $22.75/hour, with variations depending on experience and skills.

• Sell insurance products and meet sales goals
• Provide product and premium proposals tailored to client needs
• Develop leads and maintain CRM prospect files
• Gain knowledge of insurance products and processes
• Ensure compliance with all procedures and regulations
• Deliver Five Diamond service to members
• Build relationships with clients and community partners

• High School Diploma required;
  Associate's preferred
• Minimum 2 years sales or customer service experience; insurance sales preferred
• Personal Lines Insurance License required within 180 days
