ROLE OVERVIEWAbout the Client:
Our client is a premier, owner‑operated roofing and home services company dedicated to treating every home with the highest degree of care, honesty, and professional integrity. Backed by decades of hands‑on expertise, they deliver high‑quality roof, siding, and gutter replacements, operating with total pricing transparency and no‑nonsense service guarantees. Most of their business is built on stellar customer referrals, and they are now scaling operations to meet high demand from targeted ad campaigns.
The company operates two highly integrated divisions: a main roofing/siding brand driven by active digital advertising, and an established, referral‑driven seamless gutters division.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
We are seeking a high‑energy, assertive, and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant specializing in high‑speed appointment setting and customer service. In this role, you will be the dedicated engine running the sales pipeline. This is not a passive administrative role; you will be expected to “destroy” incoming leads by reaching out within a minute of submission, aggressively following up on past quotes, and qualifying potential customers.
You must have a strong phone presence, clear and persuasive communication skills, and the confidence to guide customers to a booking.
- Ultra‑Fast Inbound Response:
Monitor incoming ad leads and call them under one minute from submission (“speed‑to‑lead”) to grab them while they are hot. - Lead
Qualification:
Ask basic discovery questions during that first call to filter out minor repairs and ensure they qualify for a full replacement. - CRM & Data Entry:
Immediately log the qualified lead’s info into the CRM (Roofer) and track metrics in a basic Excel sheet. - Appointment Setting:
Schedule the qualified lead for an onsite consultation on the owner’s calendar (or confirm their pre‑booked time slot). - Next‑Day Confirmations:
Call all scheduled clients the afternoon before their appointment to confirm they are still available. - Quote Follow‑Ups:
Maintain a disciplined call cadence to follow up on sent, unsigned proposals to help push the deal to a closed sale.
- CRM
Experience:
Prior experience using a modern CRM system is required. Experience with Roofer, Go High Level , or similar kanban‑style sales pipeline software is a major plus. - Exceptional English
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional, and clear tone. - Assertive Communication Style:
You must be firm, articulate, and resilient on the phone. We are looking for individuals who can comfortably handle objections without backing down immediately. - Remote‑Ready Infrastructure:
Access to a quiet home office, a highly reliable high‑speed internet connection, and a robust computer setup. - Adaptability:
Able to manage lead flows across two distinct CRM pipelines (the primary roofing brand and the secondary gutter brand) efficiently.
