• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting—calls, email, social—using AI‑assisted tools to draft, personalize, and enrich outreach at scale, keeping every touch genuinely human.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using intent and buying signals with our ICPs/personas, prioritizing the right accounts at the right time.
• Run and continuously improve multi‑channel cadences across email, phone, and Linked In using our sales‑engagement stack, testing where automation should perform and where human touch matters.
• Book demos and pitch meetings with target prospects, and manage smooth handoffs to Account Executives with context for strong first calls.
• Maintain Salesforce and other CRM/tools, own activity and quota goals, and report learnings on messaging, sequences, and AI workflows to improve outbound performance.

• Enthusiastic about AI‑sales intersections; view AI‑assistive tools as levers, not shortcuts.
• Comfortable working daily in outbound execution—calls, emails, socials—not just strategy.
• Familiar with AI‑assistive outbound, intent‑driven qualification, and multi‑channel sequencing.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, resilient, disciplined to hit activity and quota targets.
• Strong communicator who blends automation with authentic human engagement—outreach never feels robotic.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable managing high‑volume prospects and CRM data.
• 2–3 years of SDR, business‑dev, or related customer‑facing experience—or self‑driven, documented AI‑work experience if not formally in sales.
• Bonus for experience with Salesforce, Hub Spot, Gong Engage, Linked In Sales Navigator, or User Gems.

• Build at the ground level as aytm redefines SDR around AI workflows.

• Daily exposure to AI‑driven prospecting, intent data, and modern GTM acceleration.

• Visibility into outbound strategy near leadership.
