Account Manager

At NCAB Group Inc., a global leader in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry
, we’re looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in
Hampstead, NH. This will be an office based position with the ability to be a limited hybrid work from home and the office after successful training.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, outside sales, and technical sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales cycle—from order placement to fulfillment.
- Provide exceptional communication and negotiation skills to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate in a value-driven, team-oriented environment with short decision-making channels.
- Focus on problem-solving rather than just taking orders—be a solutions provider!
- Proven experience in account management or inside sales with a track record of customer success.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage long sales/order cycles.
- Exceptional communication—comfortable picking up the phone and engaging directly with customers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with order entry/enterprise systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry is preferred, but not required.
- Associate’s degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
