Sales Representatives

Harvis, Inc. is engaged in a search for experienced Sales Representatives for our client, M&T Displays in Wilkes-Barre, PA. M&T Displays is a multinational company and has been a leader in the display and signage industry since 1993. We are specifically looking for highly motivated, self-driven sales professionals who operate independently as a sales partner and focus on generating new business opportunities in a B2B environment.

This role is a fully remote position to be based in the West Coast or Southern regions (California, Florida, Texas preferred) and structured on a commission-only model, offering strong earning potential based on performance.

The primary objective of this role is to expand M&T’s presence in the U.S. market by acquiring new clients and growing sales within sectors such as retail, Ho Re Ca , events, and corporate businesses.

• New customer acquisition and business development
• Managing the full sales cycle (lead generation to closing)
• Promoting and selling our display and signage product portfolio
• Building and maintaining a strong customer pipeline

• Strong B2B sales experience - preferably in display, retail, signage, POP/displays, or related industries
• Existing network, customer portfolio, and industry relationships are a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience with commission-based roles is highly preferred
• Residence in West Coast or Southern regions (California, Florida, Texas) preferred, with ability to travel within these territories

• Onboarding support of $1,000/month for the first 6 months
• Customer visit and travel expenses 100% covered by the company
• Marketing support provided, including catalogs, product samples, and training

• 100% commission based
• 10% commission on new accounts/business generated for first 2 years, and 7% commission thereafter
• Strategic Product Incentive: additional 2% commission on designated high margin or priority product categories
• ALL COMMISSIONS WILL BE CALCULATED BASED ON COLLECTED PAYMENTS/REVENUES, NOT BOOKED SALES OR PURCHASE ORDERS
