Hannaford Homes Fourways is looking for motivated, energetic, and self-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Canvassers
. This is a hybrid role based in Fourways, Johannesburg, combining community outreach with some work-from-home responsibilities.

This is a 100% commission-based position
, meaning your income is directly linked to your performance.

Average earning potential ranges from R5,000 to R100,000+ per month
, depending on the effort you put in, the quality of leads generated, and your overall performance. There is no cap on your earning potential

• Canvass residential and commercial areas to generate property leads.
• Engage confidently with homeowners, tenants, and local businesses.
• Distribute marketing material and promote Hannaford Homes' services.
• Cold call and message prospective clients.
• Conduct brief surveys and gather accurate contact information.
• Capture and maintain lead information through daily data entry.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and update contact databases.
• Report customer feedback and local market trends to management.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance briefings.
• Work closely with colleagues to improve outreach strategies and lead generation.

Applicants must:

• Have their own reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence.
• Own a laptop for administrative tasks and communication.
• Have a secondary smartphone dedicated to business use.
• Be computer literate
  , including confidence using email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Be punctual, reliable, and highly self-motivated.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable approaching members of the public professionally.
• Be organised with strong time-management skills.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Have basic administrative and data-capturing skills.
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, marketing, customer service, or real estate is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
