Location: New York
Alfa AI is seeking its first US Customer Success Manager to own and grow the US customer base in a remote role. East Coast or Central US locations preferred.
The ideal candidate has a strong B2B SaaS background, speaks directly with customers, drives adoption, grows accounts, and builds CS processes. Experience in construction or industrial manufacturing is essential. Compensation is around $95k-$110k plus bonus, benefits, and equity. Full US work authorization required.
