Neumo is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own end-to-end renewal execution and collaborate with BU leads and the extended account team. You will negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue in partnership with field sales, while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
As the face of Neumo for customers, you will develop account plans, manage pipeline, and coordinate with product and legal teams to ensure wins align with customer needs and company goals.
