Delica AG is seeking an International Business Development Manager to shape strategies for Western Europe and North America within the coffee capsule market. You will drive growth, analyze markets, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
The role requires 5+ years in international FMCG, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and travel ~25%. Fluency in English with German preferred;
French is a plus. This hybrid role offers 2 days home office per week.
