The Uncommon Business is recruiting for a Lead Enrollment closer role. This Full-Time (W2) remote seat reports to the Sr. Manager of Enrollments and centers on carrying the pod's largest, highest-objection deals while coaching others to improve.
It is an earn-your-stripes path toward Enrollment Manager with a focus on impact and ownership. You'll lead personal book deals, run training, mentor reps, cover frontline surges, and help the pod hit monthly enrollment targets.
