, the company operates as a boutique Destination Management Company (DMC), partnering with European tour operators to create personalized, high-quality travel experiences across North America. Their success is built on flexibility, exceptional service, and customized travel solutions.
We are seeking a Production Manager to develop, price, and manage customized travel programs throughout Canada and the United States.
Working closely with the company's founders, you'll help create tailored B2B travel experiences for European tour operator partners while managing supplier relationships, pricing strategies, itinerary development, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities- Design and update annual travel programs across Canada and the United States
- Create customized itineraries for European tour operator clients
- Research, source, and negotiate with:
Hotels, Transportation providers, Tour guides, Restaurants, Attractions and activities - Build competitive pricing models while maintaining strong profit margins
- Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and travel packages
- Write travel program descriptions and marketing materials (primarily in French)
- Provide logistical support for confirmed bookings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and tourism partners throughout North America
- Collaborate with company leadership on product development and market strategy
- Required Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience in an analytical, structured, or client-facing role
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Comfortable working with pricing, financial analysis, and margins
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
