• Provide peace of mind to clients by helping them navigate complex financial challenges such as retirement planning and saving for college.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trusting relationships with individual, family, and small business clients.
• Utilize digital prospecting, marketing, and sales tools to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with professionals across the organization to deliver comprehensive solutions including life insurance, annuities, long‑term care, disability income, and investment products.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay current on industry regulations and product knowledge.

• Current or ability to obtain applicable FINRA securities licensing, agent state law compliance, and investment advisory licenses.
• Strong communication and sales skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience or qualification in financial planning, risk management, or related fields is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to New York Life’s training standards.

Commission‑based compensation with a history of high earning potential (average 2022 agency income $115,917). Supplemental bonuses and sales incentives are available.
