Client: TTEC

Base wage of $18 per hour.

Seasonal stipend of an additional $3 per hour (July 15th to December 15th), raising the pay to $21/hour.

Monthly performance bonuses, with potential earnings up to $28/hour during the season.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Customers:
  Help individuals understand their coverage and select the right products, services, and solutions to meet their health and financial needs.
• Full Lifecycle Customer Service and Sales:
  Handle inbound calls or make outbound follow-up calls to provide comprehensive support.
• Respond with Compassion:
  Address customer inquiries with active listening and select the best solutions efficiently.
• Identify and Upsell:
  Recognize customers' additional needs and assist them in upgrading their products or services.

Requirements

• Health Insurance License:
  You musthave a current health insurance license in your state of residence.
• Sales Experience:
  At least six (6) months of sales experience.
• HIPAA Compliance:
  Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• Customer Service Skills:
  Strong customer service orientation.
• Education:
  High school diploma or equivalent.
