Sales Associate / Estimator – Home Improvement & Remodeling – Douglas County

We’re seeking a Sales Associate / Estimator who thrives on meeting homeowners, selling solutions, and seeing projects through from start to finish. If you’re energetic, self-driven, and enjoy closing deals while building customer relationships, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Competitive Pay – 100% commission (uncapped) + mileage reimbursement.

Meet Homeowners & Provide Estimates – Conduct on-site visits in Douglas County and Southern Denver Metro, take measurements/photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software.

Sell & Book Jobs – Present estimates, highlight our value, and close the sale.

Maintain Profitability – Sell jobs at or above the company’s target gross profit to meet profitability goals.

Cultivate Referral Partners – Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and local business owners to grow sales faster.

Manage Communication – Handle customer questions, concerns, warranty issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.

Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with office and field staff to ensure smooth project execution.

Location:

Must live in or around Douglas County, CO.

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation – Travel to job sites is required.

Sales-Driven & Results-Oriented – Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to address concerns and find win-win solutions.

Excellent Communication Skills – Build trust quickly with customers and referral partners.

Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable with CRM systems, estimating software, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience – Home improvement, construction sales, remodeling, or project management background.

Independent, reliable, and able to manage your time with minimal oversight.
