Location: Cressier or Wangen, Switzerland

Working Pattern: Full-time | 1 day home office per week

We are supporting a well-established Swiss engineering manufacturer that continues to invest in its commercial team following sustained business growth.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will act as the key technical and commercial interface between customers, external sales colleagues and internal departments. This role offers the opportunity to combine engineering knowledge with customer interaction and commercial responsibility within a highly respected industrial business.

• Prepare technical quotations and commercial offers for customers
• Support external sales colleagues with customer enquiries and opportunity management
• Advise customers on suitable technical solutions and product selection
• Coordinate with engineering, production and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Process and manage customer orders through ERP and CRM systems
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion

• Mechanical Engineering qualification or comparable technical background
• Experience in technical sales, inside sales, applications engineering, sales support or a related customer-facing engineering role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous
• Fluent German required (Swiss German preferred)
• French language skills required
