Account Manager for Sterling Benefits

Spearhead client relationships as an Executive Account Manager with Sterling, Canada's leading Benefits Management Platform. This remote position focuses on client satisfaction, benefit analysis, and account management.

As an Executive Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts and act as the primary relationship contact for assigned clients. This role requires a Life/Accident & Sickness insurance license valid in Alberta or British Columbia, ensuring compliance as you manage Employee Benefit claims and plans. Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to onboard new clients effectively and provide a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned clients' business reviews on benefit claims

• Deliver annual renewal analysis and reporting to clients

• Address escalated issues from internal support teams

• Conduct regular follow-ups with client plan administrators

• Collaborate with teams to onboard new clients seamlessly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of group benefits experience

• Insurance license (LLQP) in force with E&O coverage

• Background in client management and sales is advantageous

• Experience with enterprise clients (500+ employees)

• Strong ownership and collaboration skills
