InStride Health is entering an exciting period of rapid growth as we continue expanding access to specialty pediatric anxiety and OCD care across the country. We are seeking a Territory Manager to support provider partnerships and referral growth across newly launched and emerging states , including but not limited to Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, and Arizona. This is a fully remote (work-from-home) position.
All provider outreach, relationship management, presentations, and business development activities are conducted virtually using phone, email, video conferencing, webinars, and other digital engagement tools. In this entry-level role, you will focus on the foundational execution of our growth strategy by identifying prospective referral partners, introducing them to InStride's mission, and providing high-touch support to existing referral sources. You will establish InStride's presence in developing markets by building meaningful provider relationships, educating referral partners on our evidence-based care model, and serving as a trusted virtual resource for healthcare professionals and community organizations.
You will work under the guidance of senior growth leaders while collaborating cross-functionally to improve access to care for children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
- Outreach & Awareness
- Conduct daily virtual outreach via phone, email, and video meetings to pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations to introduce InStride's services.
- Identify and engage prospective referral partners across assigned emerging markets.
- Build awareness of InStride's clinical model and referral process.
- Relationship Support
- Maintain a consistent cadence of virtual meetings and follow-up with established referral partners.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact by ensuring providers have the educational materials, resources, and information they need to confidently refer families.
- Foster long-term provider relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
- Presentations & Education
- Confidently deliver InStride's value proposition through virtual presentations to clinical staff, referral coordinators, schools, and community organizations.
- Facilitate webinars and other virtual educational events to increase awareness and engagement.
- Virtual Market Development
- Support the growth of newly launched and emerging markets by identifying opportunities to expand provider relationships and referral networks.
- Gather market insights and share trends, challenges, and opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, provider interactions, referrals, and relationship status within our CRM.
- Track outreach activity and referral trends to support territory planning and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Clinical and Admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience and warm handoff for referred families.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to improve the referral experience and support market growth.
- Market Feedback
- Gather and communicate referral partner feedback to help improve provider experience, referral workflows, and InStride's solutions.
- Serve as the voice of providers within assigned emerging markets.
- Experience:
1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, customer-facing healthcare roles, healthcare operations, or sales. - Communication:
