What we are looking for:

RRNTX is seeking 3-5 individuals to join our growing

team of Storm Restoration Representatives to help clients restore their homes from storm

damage. We are looking for individuals who want to be a part of company that works hard

and plays hard.

No experience is necessary…We provide training on basic construction, insurance, and

storm damage knowledge.

Qualifications Needed:

Comfortable talking face-to-face with customers
Able to climb a ladder to a roof
Reliable transportation
Great work ethic and good time management
Willing to self-generate leads (canvassing)
Smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during inspections
Previous sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

Inspecting & documenting for storm damage to homes
Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to brief them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
Creating estimates
Marketing and lead generation for new prospects
Travel requirement:
As desired based on customer needs
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required) and reliable transportation
