Accruent's North America SMB Accounts team seeks an Account Manager to grow a defined book of SMB customers across North America. You will renew contracts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement with internal teams.
You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver measurable value and retained revenue.
