Remote Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a remote sales rep to join our agency as we expand our sales team!

This is a remote position, but our hours are 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Please confirm that is something you can commit to before you apply.

This is a high-volume, outbound role supported by a structured sales process and intentional coaching. If you are motivated, results driven, and aren't afraid of 100+ calls per day, we want to hear from you.

• This is a fully remote sales position.
• No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
• Base pay: $50,000 plus commission based on individual sales results.
