Entry Level Sales Representative

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative at Reynolds and Reynolds, you’ll receive comprehensive training and hands‑on experience to help launch a successful and rewarding sales career within our Business Development Center. In this role, you’ll connect with dealerships through telesales, offering solutions that make a meaningful impact on our company’s success. If you’re looking to grow, develop your skills, and build a long-term career in sales, we’d love to hear from you.

We provide a mix of classroom style and on-the-job training to prepare you for long-term success in a sales role. You will be able to complete courses that include sales techniques, industry operations, and product training, as well as shadowing various Sales Specialists to see our sales force in action.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Periodic travel may be required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
