Role DescriptionThe Account Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of refreshment service accounts by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new business, conducting onsite and virtual client meetings, preparing proposals and pricing, and coordinating service delivery with operations teams.
The Account Executive monitors account performance, addresses service issues, and identifies opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Aramark Refreshments products and programs. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, forecasting sales, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building.
- Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling in a service‑oriented environment.
- Ability to analyze client needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills to manage multiple accounts and projects.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track performance and opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills for in‑person and virtual meetings.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, facilities services, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
