The Capital Regional Sales Manager develops and manages all sales activities within the assigned territory to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and leading cross-functional collaboration with sales, estimating, engineering, and marketing. The position reports to the Director of Sales, North America, and may be remote/home office based within the assigned regio
