Role:
Regional Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients within the enterprise segment, driving revenue growth, client retention, and long-term profitability.
Responsibilities:Develop strategic relationships with clients, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create business plans, analyze client feedback to inform product development, conduct regular business reviews, support sales and implementation efforts, and identify opportunities to enhance travel programs.
Qualifications & Skills:Experience in account management or corporate travel industry preferred, strong data analysis and strategic recommendation abilities, excellent communication and organizational skills, AI literacy, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and ability to travel 25-30%.
Key Attributes:Customer-focused, proactive problem-solver, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable working under pressure. Location preference is in the Eastern timezone.
