Location: New York
The Guarantors is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily management, ownership, and investment firms. You will build strong relationships, drive occupancy and reduce bad debt through close account management and ongoing client engagement.
You will also represent The Guarantors at national trade shows and pursue cross-sell opportunities by taking a consultative approach to client needs, presenting performance data, and guiding quarterly reviews.
