Irwin's Safety and Industrial Labour Services Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new leads for its core field safety services. You will drive outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach, with meetings arranged between qualified leads and the Account Executive.
This role is work-from-home with travel to client sites across BC and AB. Compensation is heavily weighted by commissions, with a salary band of $80,000–$130,000 CAD plus commission.
