What we offerAligned with Mattamy’s mission to deliver the Best Homeowner Experience, the Online Buyer Experience Specialist supports and promotes online initiatives while engaging prospective home buyers to showcase Mattamy homes and communities, generating high‑quality leads and supporting sales performance.
What you’ll do- Achieve appointment‑setting and lead‑generation goals that support online initiatives and overall sales performance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for online interactions - emails, live chat inquiries, and other customer communications.
- Deliver an exceptional home buying experience aligned with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Qualify prospects and provide accurate, timely information on communities, home features, pricing, and amenities.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments for Sales Consultants.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and plan follow‑up communication.
- Engage with leads through live chat platforms to respond to inquiries and support the sales process.
- Leverage available sales and marketing resources to support and achieve community sales goals.
- Promote the Mattamy Homes brand, including the quality, design, construction standards, and customer service reputation.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and travel regularly to onsite communities to build strong relationships with the sales team.
- Maintain ongoing communication with sales leadership and the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales objectives and upcoming initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitive research, including analysis of local competitors and online marketing activity, to identify trends and opportunities.
- Update and maintain the Mattamy Homes website daily, ensuring accuracy and timely corrections.
- Support multiple functions on an as‑needed basis, serving as backup for administrative, sales, and marketing activities.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related customer‑facing role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience managing online leads preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence prospective customers through phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer‑centric mindset.
- Highly organized with strong time management, planning, and follow‑up skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Digitally savvy, with working knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing channels.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (Saturday/Sunday), as required.
- Able to use Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
This role will work on a 5 day per week schedule on a rotating basis to cover the sales office operation and be located in the sales office.
