Star is seeking a results‑oriented BDR with a clear track record of building pipelines and influencing revenue. You will manage enterprise accounts, execute discovery, and collaborate with Account Executives to progress opportunities.
The role sits in a fast‑growing team with a defined path to Team Lead, where you will recruit and coach a pod of BDRs. You will work in a hybrid/remote setup within Italy, using Salesforce and other tools to optimize targeting and win rates.
