• Engage with clients to assess their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage client relationships, and ensure follow-up.
• Conduct virtual meetings to explain policy options and answer client inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, specifically life insurance.
• Active life insurance license in the state of Nebraska or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
