• Conduct discovery conversations to understand their goals, priorities, and alignment
• Introduce qualified individuals to established personal and professional development programs
• Build and nurture professional relationships through thoughtful follow-up
• Use established marketing strategies and shared best practices to generate warm interest and develop prospective client relationships
• Manage conversations, activity, and follow-up using CRM and digital communication tools
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training

Step-by-step systems, comprehensive training, and ongoing support are provided. You’ll work independently while benefiting from an established framework and supportive global community.

This role tends to appeal to experienced professionals who want to keep using the skills, judgment, and perspective they’ve developed throughout their careers, but in a structure that offers greater flexibility and ownership over what comes next.

You may be a strong fit if you have 10+ years of professional experience
, particularly in marketing, communications, consulting, business development, client success, leadership, learning and development, or a related field.
