About the role
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a newly created role driven by business expansion. This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact within one of the company’s fastest‑growing markets. Work Schedule: 50% field‑based – 50% remote/home office.
Location: California (preferred) or Arizona.
Territory to cover: California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Typical day- Manage and grow a channel partner network to drive territory performance
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and account growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships
- Conduct regular meetings with partners
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales initiatives and territory expansion
- Maintain and update customer and partner information using CRM tools
- Balance strategic planning and field engagement
- A degree in a science‑related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or an equivalent background
- Experience in water, wastewater, or related industries (chemical, industrial, or oil & gas sectors with water exposure)
- Strong understanding of channel partner or distributor sales models
- Proven ability in business development and account management
- Hands‑on experience utilizing a CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the assigned territory

The compensation range for this role is $110,000 – $145,000 USD per year. The role is also eligible for incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefit package that includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
