Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business development across Texas in a remote capacity. The role focuses on hunting opportunities, cultivating relationships with decision-makers, and closing new business to fuel growth.
The ideal candidate will manage a large territory, travel roughly half the time, and independently drive sales cycles from prospecting to close. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and 1–3+ years of outside sales experience are advantageous.
