What You Will Be Doing- Oversee the admissions inbox, providing prompt, clear, and professional responses to prospective families
- Shepherd families through the admissions journey with regular follow‑up and clearly defined action steps
- Help plan and carry out admissions events, such as information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings
- Work with campus teams to arrange student visits and deliver a seamless on‑site experience
- Keep admissions records current and accurate, monitoring all applications and follow‑up activities
- Functioning in a role limited to back‑office tasks with no direct family contact
- Working within a sluggish or overly procedural institutional setting
- Concentrating solely on outreach while lacking strong operational follow‑through
- Developing admissions policy or making final decisions regarding student enrollment
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a clear, responsive, and well‑coordinated admissions process that drives enrollment growth and fosters positive family relationships.
Basic Requirements- 2+ years of customer‑facing or operations‑focused experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and experience managing records or CRM systems
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in‑person event responsibilities
- Authorized to work in the US and able to attend in‑person campus events
- Experience in admissions, education, or enrollment operations
- Background supporting events or high‑touch customer experiences
- Experience working in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Appreciation for outdoor, experiential, or non‑traditional learning models, with the ability to communicate that value naturally to families

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
