Absence Soft, a provider of secure HR software, seeks a mid-market sales professional for a remote-first US role. You will manage the full sales cycle, own inbound and SDR-qualified opportunities, and conduct targeted outbound prospecting to grow the pipeline.
You’ll lead discovery, prepare proposals, and work with leadership on complex deals while maintaining Salesforce data accuracy and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Base pay ranges 65k–80k with bonus/commission; OTE 125k–140k.
