• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry
• Prospect and develop new business through calls emails and networking
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for your customers
• Use McLeod software and external load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates
• Collaborate with operations to coordinate and track shipments
• Use phone email and messaging tools to drive daily sales activity
• Use innovative technology and AI integration daily for pricing operations load booking etc

• Full time availability in office Monday Friday
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
