In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping working families feel more secure and better informed. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Scheduling consultations with individuals who have asked to review their benefit options

• Hosting virtual meetings via Zoom or phone to walk clients through the details of their coverage

• Identifying each family’s needs and helping them find the plans and solutions that fit their specific situation

• Keeping communication open to support long-term relationships and ongoing service

• Following a structured, proven training system designed to help beginners succeed quickly

• Working toward personal and team-oriented goals, with clear advancement paths for those who are driven and want to grow into leadership roles

This is not a high-pressure or aggressive sales environment.

Your role is to educate, support, and guide families so they can make informed choices with clarity and confidence.
