Target Compensation: $100,000+

Hunt for New Business:
Proactively identify, prospect, and close new accounts in a highly competitive environment.

Manage a Pipeline:
Maintain the high activity levels required to keep a full pipeline, effectively navigating longer sales cycles.

Consultative Selling:
Sell value over price by utilizing exceptional listening and questioning skills to advise prospects on the best solutions for their requirements.

Territory Management:
Work independently from your home office, proactively planning your weeks and mapping out daily routes for maximum impact and efficiency in the field.

Proven Closer:
You have a solid track record of professional growth and success in B2B sales, particularly selling to business owners and executives (established venues and startups alike).

Resilient & Driven:
You are a self-starter who is accountable, hard-working, rejection-proof, and motivated by your sales numbers.

Industry Knowledgeable:
Experience selling commercial laundry services or food/beverage or medical contracts is highly preferred. Familiarity with the hospitality and or medical industry and emerging service trends is a big plus.

Organized:
You possess exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.

Relevant employment references.

Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (and be subject to ongoing random drug screens as required for all fleet vehicle drivers).

Must live in and be able to travel locally throughout the Tri-Cities territory.
