Sales Specialist – Policy Manager

Pro Sight Financial Association, a leading industry organization, is seeking a Sales Specialist to report to the Group Director of Sales. This role will focus on developing new client relationships and leveraging a proactive approach to understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to their success. The position requires a product expert who can identify business needs and propose solutions for the Policy Manager product.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle and customers in the CRM system, demonstrating technology products and solutions, conducting needs assessments, and developing recommendations. The role also involves working with the sales team to manage complex enterprise sales cycles, driving the pipeline through proactive outreach, and building compelling value propositions for senior stakeholders.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, a minimum of two years' experience in technical sales, preferably within the Financial Services sector, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, be technologically savvy, and comfortable working in the C-suite of banks, credit unions, and fintechs.

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000 which includes base salary and participation in a commission plan based on individual sales results.
