Qualifications:

• License:
  Active Life & Health License
• Industry Knowledge:
  Experience working with self funded, level funded and fully insured groups. Group sizes range from 50-200 lives.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Experience with Benefit Point is a HUGE PLUS!
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Client Partnership:
  Serve as the primary client relationship manager and build a trusting relationship with clear expectations.
• Renewal Management:
  Responsible for leading the renewal lifecycle and working closely with carriers
• Management:
  Arrange and lead meetings between carriers and clients for enrollments
• Presentation:
  Assist with the preparation of materials for benefit presentations
