Account Manager (Healthcare) (Remote

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales & Training Associate is responsible for managing VA and Medical Center customer accounts, providing support, order processing, and relationship management. They engage with healthcare partners via phone, email, video, chat, and in-person interactions to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role includes delivering on-site training to healthcare providers, representing the company at trade shows and conferences, and collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Trainers, and Product Management.

• Serve as the primary contact for institutional customers through multiple communication channels
• Conduct customer discovery and coordinate follow-up training
• Travel to provide healthcare provider training and represent the company at industry events
• Process and track customer orders, resolve issues collaboratively with Customer Service
• Drive sales growth through lead generation and prospecting
• Maintain accurate contact info in Salesforce and support organizational objectives

• Medical device sales experience; clinical or healthcare background required
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM
• Knowledge of clinical environments, medical terminology, and healthcare sales preferred
• Reliable, collaborative, solution-oriented, and eager to learn

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or life sciences; 1-3 years inside sales experience preferred. The role offers a competitive salary, health benefits, IRA match, PTO, and holiday pay. The position is remote within California, with travel required for training and conferences.
